About this trip

We are located in Phuket! Easy flight connection and no long layovers necessary. Flights are often overnight, so please check that upon booking your flights. The arrival day is a Sunday!If you see flight options that suit you better, please feel free to pop us a message, and we can help you sort out accommodation if you arrive early, for example. No problem at all. Our brand new Ultimate Fitness gym is perfectly situated in the serene south-central part of Phuket, in the charming area of Chalong. Surrounded by the mesmerizing presence of Wat Chalong and overlooked by the majestic Big Buddha, our location sets us apart as one of the few all-inclusive fitness resorts offering top-notch 4-star amenities. The resort:For the duration of your stay, you will be staying right next to the Ultimate Fitness Training area, in an environment very much focused on training, recovery, and eating well.  You will stay in superior accommodation in a luxurious 4-star resort. It is stunning!* 3 pools with lovely sun loungers. One saltwater pool (fewer chemicals and better for your dermatology), one lap pool to do lengths in, and one huge, spacious chill-out pool. (We offer a pool towel service free of charge if needed). * To relax your tired muscles, you can book a rejuvenating massage in our onsite massage facilities, any day between 9 am and 7 pm. Massages are about 15 euros an hour. * Ice therapy? Enjoy unlimited access to our ice baths to aid in recovery. (not included in the price) * On-site Herbal steam room available. (not included in the price) * Need to work? We have you covered with an air-conditioned conference room with high-speed internet. An onsite Bar and restaurant. Thirsty or hungry? A cool mango shake or protein shake and great coffee are available, just like many Western and Thai dishes. The restaurant is open from 8 am to 8 pm.  The rooms:We have 3 room options available. In all rooms, you find the following amenities:Ensuite bathroom with hot water shower, toilet, sink, air conditioning, fridge, cable TV, free wifi, safety deposit box, tea and coffee making facilities, daily room cleaning, towels and bathrobe.Single room Boutique: Around 27 m² Single Value room: Around 22 m²  Twin room: The Boutique room with 2 single beds or one big bed depending on what you prefer.

The location and resort

Week 1 SundayAirport pick-up and check-in. We can pick you up at any time of the day, pick-up is included. Check-in is after 3 PM, but you can leave your bags at reception and enjoy the restaurant and pool area. We will be there waiting for you!Sunday evening at 6, we do the intro and have a meal together at the resort (included in the price). This way, we can talk you through the program, and you guys can get to know each other. Early night because the next day the training starts!Week 1 Monday9 am: The training starts! 1 hour of circuit training so we can see where everyone is at. We go over a lot of basic exercises and help you with your form if needed so we got this nailed for the rest of the sessions. You will feel super pumped up after the session.After the session, we do some stretching, cool down, and jump in the pool before breakfast if you like! 10.15 AM: Breakfast time at the resortBreakfast and lunch are at the resort where you stay, right next to where we train, which is very convenient. From Monday to Friday, breakfast and lunch are included. (we have a max spend of 250 TB a meal which is plenty. You can order more and this will be added to your bill.)After breakfast, around 11.30 am we head to the mall, which is an enormous shopping centre with air conditioning! And you can buy missing bits and bobs, check out the food section if you like some snacks or drinks in the room. Malls in Thailand are amazing! We can get to the mall by taxi, not included in the price but cheap and we help you arrange the taxi at reception.2 PM: Lunch time at the resortPool and chill time5 PM: Afternoon training session. The afternoon sessions will be more strength-based.7 PM Dinner time, we will eat somewhere local and try out some Thai dishes play some games and have a chilled evening. If you prefer, you can stay in and eat at the resort too.Week 1 Tuesday8 AM: Yoga and Stretching Session9 AM: Training session10.15 AM: Breakfast time at the resort11.30: Excursion time. The excursion is a visit to the big Buddha. It is very famous and on the way there, we can stop and say hello to some elephants. The big Buddha is up a hill and you will have a magnificent view of the island. This excursion and transfers are included.2 PM: Lunch time at the resort5 PM: Afternoon training session7 PM: Eat at the resortWeek 1 Wednesday: Beach training!7.30 AM: We leave for the beach for a beach training session (transfers are included), an early start, but you will be rewarded. Training on a pristine beach is something else! After we stay on the beach and enjoy it for as long as you wish. We will bring breakfast (fruit, water, and sandwiches) we can enjoy on the beach, so no rush to get back for breakfast.2 PM: Lunch time at the resort5 PM: Afternoon training session7 PM: We head to a nice restaurant on the Soi! There are fantastic restaurants here, all high in protein and super healthy options. Also, there are places here to get your nails done or get a foot massage or Thai massage. It is a famous street for Muay Thai Fighters to train and just a 5 min taxi ride from where we are. Transfer not includedWeek 1 Thursday: You should be over that jet lag by now! So we go out tonight.8 AM: Yoga and stretching session9 AM: Training session10.15 AM: Breakfast time at the resortPOOL TIME!!! or book a massage! You also can enjoy a Muay Thai session today. For everyone that wants, we can organize a 1 hrs Muay Thai session. Price is not included but it is about 15 euro pp for a group session.2 PM: Lunch time at the resort5:00  We take a taxi to Chillva Market. We eat here as well (transfers and meals not included). street food and noodle stores.This is a cool, trendy night market with a somewhat bohemian vibe and an impressive selection of food and fashion stalls. The market has a distinctive look created by the use of colourful shipping containers as shopfronts.At the heart of the market is a small stage with live performances when the market is in full swing. The market closes around 10.30PM so we will head back by taxi on time for a good night's sleep!Week 1 Friday9 AM: Training session10.15 AM: Breakfast time at the resortPOOL TIME!!! or book a massage! 2 PM: Lunch time at the resort5 PM Afternoon training session 7 PM we are going out, a nice restaurant! (meals and transfers not included)Week 1 Saturday: Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Phuket An opportunity to do something amazing. This is not included in the price but we arrange it all for you. The price is about 100 euro including transfers. You will be able to spend half a day with elephants and even bathe with them.  Sunday Check-in and check-out day Week 2 is slightly different! Week 2 Sunday For people that stay 2 weeks: Boat trip: traditional long-tail boatDepending on the weather and waves, we plan another beach day or do a boat trip with snorkelling. The boat trip is included in the itinerary, and we take traditional longtail boats and go snorkelling. We will visit a desert island and spend some time there. We have time to pick up some snacks before we go and bring them. Week 2 Monday9 am: the training starts! 1 hour of circuit training so we can see where everyone is at. The afternoon sessions will be more strength-based.7 PM Dinner time, we will eat somewhere local and try out some Thai dishes. If you prefer, you can stay in and eat at the resort too. Week 2 Tuesday: Movie Night8 AM: Yoga and Stretching Session9 AM: training session10.15 AM: Breakfast time at the resort11.30: excursion time. The excursion is a visit to the Wat Chalong. The Wat (Temple) is well known in Phuket. We will get a guide to tell us a bit more about the culture.2 PM: Lunch time at the resort5 PM: Afternoon training session7 PM eat out, and we go to the movies. The movies play in the mall, a 5-minute taxi ride away, we can check what is playing, get tickets (movies and transfers included), and have popcorn!Week 2 Wednesday: Beach training!7.30 AM: We leave for the beach for a beach training session, an early start but you will be rewarded. Training on a pristine beach is something else! After we stay on the beach and enjoy it for as long as you wish. We will bring breakfast (fruit, water and sandwiches) we can enjoy on the beach so no rush to get back for breakfast.2 PM: Lunch time at the resort5 PM: Afternoon training session7 PM: We head to a nice restaurant (transfer and meals not included)Week 2 Thursday Phuket Town8 AM: Yoga session9 AM: Training session10.15 AM: Breakfast time at the resortPOOL TIME!!! or book a massage! You also can enjoy a Muay Thai session today. The price is not included but it is about 15 euro pp for a group session. 2 PM: Lunch time at the resort4.00  We take a taxi to Phuket town, have a wander around, and go for dinner. Phuket town is really cool and different from the rest of Thailand, with lots of colonial history and architecture. It is stunning and there will be many good photo opportunities. There are many cool shops and also cafes and live music. At around 10 PM everything closes so we can be back in time for a good night's sleep. (transfers not included)Week 1 Friday: Fight Night9 AM: Training session10.15 AM: Breakfast time at the resortPOOL TIME!!! or book a massage! 2 PM: Lunch time at the resort5 PM Afternoon training session 7 PM:  Dinner out in Patong near the StadiumBangla Boxing Stadium  Not included in the price 50 euro entrance ticket and transfers.The fights start at 9 pm and there are about 8 rounds.
