About this trip

You can book your discovery call with Eric with a fee of €10 at the moment of booking.  This is non refundable should you choose not to proceed with the programme, but shows commitment to engage with the programme.During the call we will assess if this programme is suitable for you. Should it not be then you can cancel the programme and foreit your €10 deposit.Should it be suitable and you wish to proceed you will be billed 8 days before the start of the programme and then the balance the day before the programme. These payments are not refundable.

After assessing your fitness level injury schedule and preferred training style, we will tailor a program that fits perfectly into your daily life. You'll also get nutrition coaching. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, or simply get fit, nutrition plays a crucial role. What style of dieting that works best for you is determined by your goals, history, and current diet, and your personal capabilities to implement a certain diet.  All these factors will be discussed with you in person, and this way we create a plan that you could implement not just now but forever. On top of that, we also provide lifestyle coaching, training, and nutrition are only two pieces of the equation. Lifestyle is the big third piece that needs to be looked at to create a holistic approach that creates lasting results. Here we look at your current habits and habits that we need to put in place to get you from where you are now to where you want to be. These are highly individual and very, very much from person to person, but we'll look at sleep, daily activity, stress levels, movement levels, social life, work, life and more. And then there's also the education piece. Executing the plan is crucial for success, but knowing why you take the actions that you're taking and knowing the scientific background behind the choices of our coaching will not only educate you, but also highly involve you into the process.  This way, you can share what you've learned with all the loved ones around you.There will be daily communication. I can be on top of you as much as you need. We'll do a weekly review. Assessing your own training, nutrition, and lifestyle on a weekly basis is crucial to stay on top of things.It's the best way to spot faults and mistakes early so that we can nip them in the bud. From there, we create a plan for the next week. This way, we ensure that we will always do things right and you won't be alone in this process. There's also a community group chat in our group. You can ask questions, share wins, be vulnerable, share recipes, or simply crack, some jokes. This is also a platform where I share daily tips and  The coaching will be delivered via your own personal app. On this app, you can log daily metrics, check your personalized training plan, check your nutrition, upload progress, pictures, and more.
